Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors. This is a hands-on role focused on providing quality lawn and landscape care to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns using professional equipment

Blow, rake, and remove clippings and debris

Perform basic weed control and bed maintenance

Trim and prune shrubs and small trees (as needed)

Apply fertilizer, mulch, and other lawn treatments (training provided)

Load and unload equipment on trailers/trucks

Maintain and clean tools & equipment daily

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Provide friendly, professional service to customers

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Some previous experience with lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance (1 season or more preferred)

Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other small engine equipment

Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, working in all weather conditions)

Reliable transportation to get to the shop/yard

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Haves (not required)

Experience with zero-turn mowers

Basic knowledge of lawn care products and application

Familiarity with basic small engine maintenance
